06 (Males Only) Executive/ professional, Stipend-8,000/- Job Description: a) shall be good knowledge of listing regulations b) shall prepare minutes, draft resolutionsand lodge required forms and annual returns with ROC c) Contribute to meeting discussion as and when required and advice members of legal, governance, accounting and tax departments of implications of proposed policies d) shall maintain statutory books, including register of Members, Directors, and Secretaries e) shall liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors f) Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the Company complies with all applicable codes, inaddition to legal and statutory requirements. g) Deal with correspondence, collate information and write reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders h) should work in coordination with other managers on compliance matters and on accounting aspects other secretarial work
