1. Open Internet Explorer; 2. Add https://mca.gov.in/ in trusted site list, site exception list of Java and Compatibility View mode; 3. Uncheck Enable Protected Mode; 4. Under Custom Level, Enable all ActiveX Controls and Plugins; 5. Disable Pop-up Blocker everywhere you see; 6. Reset custom setting to medium or low (if permitted), and apply the settings; 7. Ignore the message which says Your security setting level puts your computer at risk; 8. Verify that the DSC to be registered is shown in the Certificates under Content; 8. Under Content, Clear SSL state; 9. Remove all temp files; and 10. Restart the system and it shall work.
